From the scale of the operation I ssume that most of their fish is raised commercially and then sold to whole sellers or restaurants. Bit this is the small shop on site where the owner sells her own fish. If I could gove 6 stars I would. Supernice shop,.she explained the difference between normal smoked trout/saibling (a type of German salmon) on the one hand and cold smoked trount/saibling on the other the difference is lower temerature and more smoke and a different outcome in the texture). So I bought both varieties. She then have us two Fischbrötchen for free and we had them at home for a delicious dinner. Great shopping experience and very tasty!

We sat in the host gard... read more Located idyllicly a bit away from the usual Isarrummel in the south of Munich. Whoever likes trout and good cakes is at the right place. We sat in the host garden for 3rd walk over noon and enjoyed one of the warm October days. Food and service are excellent. Only with the net cover it hapert (hopefully even longer). But don't worry, it'll be much better for the mobile part tolerate itself in the pocket.
