We had a delightful Mother's Day meal at the Holly Tree this afternoon. The food and service were exceptional. We dine here regularly and have always had a great experience, but today felt even more special. This pub is much better in the summer when the beer garden is open. I attended the quiz night this evening, and it felt overly serious. The quiz rounds weren’t enjoyable, and when the show tunes started playing, we felt like leaving. It seemed like the quiz was tailored for an older crowd. I myself and 6 other women had just eaten here at lunchtime. the food was so delicious and the prices were extremely reasonable. the service was excellent and very courteous and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant
Good ambience, but very slow service. All the cocktails are sweet (no sour alternatives)
The food is under estimated here trust me just give it ago. Its great value and great food. I honestly can't recommend enough.
