Tested my suspicions and ordered take-out platters where this practice would be so obvious (sweet n sour chicken and sweet and sour pork) Ordered over the past several months, 1 hour after opening and 2 hours before closing times, 1X a week. Results were the same every time, dark, hard and crusted refried food. Obvious they are serving leftovers from the night before and or any leftovers before closing. I am familiar with cooking with oil and it is not oil related this food is refried. See past reviews over the years from others and you will see. Don't trust the reviews, order fried items from this place and see for yourself.
