What User doesn't like about Grumpy's Ice Cream And Popcorn:
As my family and I were walking to the door as a couple just exited, they locked the door and turned off the lights. There were a few more people walking up the sidewalk at the same time. My daughter tried to open the door and it was locked. I looked at my phone and there was 23 minutes before the posted close time of 9pm. The scoops were good, but the root beer floats were awesome! We came in with a big group and everyone enjoyed their selection! The fresh popcorn was a bonus :
