I enjoyed afternoon tea at Frasers, and it was delightful. The location is stunning, situated in a serene and remote area. Once you discover it, it feels like a true gem. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was exquisite. Overall, I would rate the service a 4 and the location a 5. View all feedback.
What Francis Goodenday doesn't like about Frasers:
Attractive hotel, good location, very friendly staff, good food, excellent parking. But really much too expensive for all the faults: Shower leaking into bathroom (design fault); no hot water in shower (in any of the 4 rooms we booked); very slow service (20 mins to get a cup of coffee); rooms so light they provide eye masks so you can sleep; whiff of septic tank around reception area. A superb meal this evening. The chef was excellent and lots of fun, very good table service. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view
My wife and I just had our wedding here. Absolutely stunning place. The food is to die for (Thanks to Jamie the chef), Lisa (the owner) is extremely nice and the rest of the staff are so nice and friendly too. Anything you need, they will sort. I would highly recommend this place for weddings, parties, corporate events or just for something to eat. The rooms are beautiful too. The bridal suite especially. Frasers is off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit. We will be going back again and again. Rooms: Absolutely beautiful rooms. Walkability: In the countryside so there are plenty of places to explore. Food drinks: Beautifully made and tastes great.
