I i... read more Mega Chicken is great with their meals, no doubt about that. But their staff need to be schooled on how to receive their customers or prospective customers. I invited a friend to meet me there sometime in August for a chat and after like 30 minutes, i have had 3 security guys and a supervisor come to where we were talking insisting on us buying something before we can sit any further. My explanation to them that, i have patronized their Chinese cuisine 3 times that week alone spending so much felt on their deaf ears and i had to leave angrily and vowed never to visit the place again. Weekly, i spent as much as 30k at Mega chicken and their staff could not manage me. I have spent over 50k at a go before asking people from my church to come let's have fun. Even if that was my 1st time, i could from their become a regular customer. I was at McDonald's this last week in London and was waiting with a friend for someone for 2hrs and no one came to harass me. ended up spending over 100 pounds before leaving that i did not plan for. Even made friends with some of the staffs that i got their attention.
