for a small town effingham has a few great Mexican restaurants. it also has a great food truck! I have been there twice after I was told about the woman who cuts me the haare, and when I asked my fellow at work, whether she and her man know that she has said oh yes, we love her tacos I only have the tacos, both mais and flourtortillas.
