What Karley Swarts doesn't like about Starbucks:
This place sucks. It’s always a 20-25 minutes wait and then the coffee is terrible. This week while Christmas shopping, I bought an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 extra shots of espresso at this location and the location on Center Grove, and the one I got at the other location was quick, the cashier’s were nice, and coffee was fantastic.I understand the store stays a lot more busy, but that’s no excu... The staff is seriously the best part of this Starbucks. I choose to drive a little bit more for this one simply because of that. They’re always super fast too.
What a wonderful Starbucks! I’m not a coffee drinker tho every once in awhile I’ll get a Frap. Katy, the manager, took wonderful care of me being my birthday. Katy and everyone in the store had smiles and showed kindness. Thank you Starbucks!!!!

Always a bad experience; horribly long wait time for pretty bad drinks. The service is also bad, all the workers seem like their dog just died. They have 3 Starbucks in this town, just go to either of the others if you really want Starbucks, this one sucks dude. ?
