Me and my two friends went to this wingstop earlier today and when we walked in we were greeted by James. My friend was wearing a hat and James remarked about the hat which led to us striking up a conversation about sports and other things for about 5 minutes before we ordered. Whenever we were starting to order we made sure to tell James we were separate, but he insisted on putting us on one tab, we were confused but went along with it. Whenever it was time to pay we showed him that we were college students who went to SIUE because this establishment offers a student discount. After we showed him we were students I tried to hand him my credit card to pay but he insisted that he paid for our food! I wanted to give him a very gratuitous tip but he still insisted that he pay for it. We finally accepted and went to sit down, normally I am a neat freak about the tables and chairs being clean where I eat as well as the silverware. When we got to our table the tables and chairs were very clean and smelled nice as well. Not only was the cleanliness of the store very good but when we got our food it was genuinely perfect. I ordered the Voodoo fries and their limited time Barbeque sauce and normally when I get the Voodoo fries the fries are slightly mushy or the ratio is off, they however were the perfect ratio and easily the best Voodoo fries I have gotten from a Wingstop. The food was very good, the store was very clean, and the atmosphere was very friendly and hospitable. If that weren't enough I can surely say that simply because of James and how generous he was to me and my friends. Part of a successful business is catering to your target audience, and this Wingstop for sure was a good experience for me and my friends today.

The guy that answered the phone was re... read more If I could rate the service a zero, I would. My order was wrong so I called the location on Troy road to talk to someone. The guy that answered the phone was relayng messages to a female that had a very bad attitude. I heard everything that she was saying because she was very loud and yelling hopefully no customers were in the store) because that was very unprofessional. She stated that my order was not wrong indicating that I was lying). I said that I wouldn't waste my time calling if my order was right. I always order at that location. She continued to yell very loudly asking if I wanted a refund, so I asked multiple times to speak to her. She would not get on the phone. I asked several times for corporate's number, and they would not give it to me; stating that no one knows the number. I asked her name and the guy on the phone did not want to give it to me. He asked her if he should give me her name and she yelled yes as if nothing is going to happen to her). He said that her name was Andrea and she said that she is not coming to the phone. I asked to speak to a manager several times throughout the call and the guy on the phone would not put a manager on the phone. I even asked if Andrea was the manager and he kept avoiding the question until the end of my call. He stated that she was the manager. I sweared a couple of times because I was upset about the very poor customer service a manager was displaying to a customer. I can't believe that Wingstop would have someone like that in a Managers position for their company.

We didn?t get the two order of fries, we didn?t get four ranches, instead we got two ranches and whatever the yellow stuff is. We called up there and told them we didn?t get the two fries, they said come back andwe?ll get the fries for you. So, we drove back up there they gave us one fry and then told us that we only ordered 2 ranches?clearly the receipt states otherwise. If you decided to order from here I?d be double checking everything at the counter becauseclearly the people working there can?t read and don?t care.
