I got burnt ends, with seasoned fires and Cole slaw. My wife got the pork steak sandwich with potato salad. Neither of us was disappointed. The ends were cooked to perfection....done, but not dry with a good coating. The fries were lights out. And the Cole slaw I want to take a bath in. Yes. It all was that good. The pork steak sandwich was probably 2-3 inches thick. I was given a taste of the potato salad and it was good, as well. I am so disappointed that I waited so long to go here. Like, I seriously wish I would have been goin g here since they opened. Well, I can't turn back time, but I can visit more in the future. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. The staff here must be taken care of, because they were all friendly, and acted like they truly wanted to be there. A great experience!!!
Just want to say thank you to chef Steve. He gave me a meal and what can i say but....Wow. Haven't had BBQ this good in a long time. Love the cornbread casserole. Had lunch today at Doc’s. Met a customer and had the Turkey, brisket, corn casserole and fries. I would order it again in a minute. Service was quick, food was delicious. Looks like the chicken was super moist and delicious, be sure to grab a napkin!! Delightful. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The food is good. Sadly, service is not. Ordered 2 meals for dine in and 1 meal for takeout. 1 meal came out about 10-15 minutes after ordering.
