Roll Up Dumpling

Roll Up Dumpling
3.3 / 5 (74 reviews)

Description

Nestled just outside a local shopping center, this restaurant offers an affordable taste of Asian street food that has garnered mixed reviews. While some diners praise the tasty noodle soup and succulent dumplings, others express disappointment with inconsistent quality, particularly the cold rolls and salads, which often lack adequate ingredients. Customer service appears to be a recurring issue, with reports of inattentive staff and slow responses. Despite these setbacks, many loyal patrons cherish their dining experiences, particularly the standout Laksa, which is frequently described as the best in Adelaide. Overall, the restaurant's charm lies in its potential for flavorful food at budget-friendly prices.

By the doorbell, lack of spring rolls and nudelsalat had very little salat and swallow. also ordered a dietary coke and got a coke zero.

We had fried knödel and spring rolls. knödel were disgusting! early rolls were cold. all tasted as if it was either frozen, sat there for a week. iuck

We discovered this restaurant after leaving the shopping center, as we didn’t find any of the local food options particularly appealing. The restaurant is located just outside the center, visible from the parking lot. I’m so glad we decided to get out of the car and go inside! It reminded me of being back in Bali. The service and food are fantastic—this is the best Asian street food I've had in South Africa!

The restaurant doesn't answer their phone? I don't understand why they have a phone number listed on their Google page if they aren't going to pick up calls. When I visited in person and inquired about a specific type of cold roll, the staff looked at me as if I were speaking a different language, and they didn't provide any meaningful response at all. The customer service was disappointing. Rating: Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.

The noodle soup with chicken dumplings was hot and tasty, the dumplings were really juicy. The Banh Mi teriyaki chicken was flavourful. Good prices, the only issue was the service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
