The first tim... read more This is my third time in a row receiving the wrong order at Subway. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it just isn't working out. The first time, I ordered a turkey sandwich but got tuna instead. The second time, I asked for a steak and cheese sandwich, but it arrived cold. I ordered the steak and cheese again through the app, specifically noting that it should be toasted, but once again, it wasn't prepared correctly. Twice the mistake was made by the staff member with pink hair, and once by Edith. I miss the other employees who rarely made mistakes. What's the point of using the Subway app if I still have to wait for my sandwich to be remade? Their menu should be simpler to ensure accuracy.
