Charleys Philly Steaks has a fantastic team. The cashier realized he hadn’t applied the discount to my chicken Philly from the menu and promptly returned the difference. This place really stands out for its integrity.
Exceptional customer service! It was my first visit, and I ordered a classic Philly cheesesteak. While waiting, I saw another customer adding bacon, so I chose to add it too. The payment adjustment was quick and hassle-free. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying all the different ingredient options!
