Traditional entrée options include scallop ceviche served with avocado mousse and orange-pepper ponzu, along with the classic Pad Thai. As for drinks, guests can enjoy signature options like ginger peach sangria made with fresh, local peaches.

Exceptional sushi! You can really tell when a restaurant uses high-quality fish, and Sato consistently delivers. In comparison to other places in the area, Sato is the best in Eagle.
Fantastic restaurant! The sushi is exceptionally delicious. Be sure to sample the entrees from the kitchen as well. And definitely don’t miss out on the bread pudding—it's amazing!
