We drove here specifically because they were supposed to be open until 10 PM, but when we arrived, they had already closed the kitchen at 9 PM. They should definitely update their information to reflect this, as it feels misleading. If you're open until 10, that should mean I can order food as late as 9:55! I cannot recommend supporting this business.

The medium pizzas we received this time were significantly larger than the one we got this morning. I looked at the charge from this morning, which was $25.60, including a $2 tip. This means I effectively paid $23 for the food. I then found out that the medium pizza is listed at $14.99, and the cheesy garlic bread is $6.99, totaling $21.98. The small pizza I received tonight was $10.99 and was the same size as the "medium" pizza I had received earlier. It's not just about the couple of dollars; as a broke college student dealing with an unreliable business, it's incredibly frustrating. My boyfriend and I had decided to take a break from Markos 2-3 years ago due to previous issues, and now we've encountered a scam on our return. Earlier this year, I had asked my boyfriend to pick up cheesy garlic bread, only to be told it didn't exist. Thanks for your assistance, Mark. Your staff has been unhelpful and misleading, which doesn't bode well for your business's reputation. Additionally, I didn't receive a receipt in the morning, but I do have a bank statement to prove my transaction. I will be sharing this experience with others.
