Gore Range Brewery - Edwards

Came here for a beer and some appetizers. The appetizers were not good. My pretzel was completely burnt and the cheese for my pretzel had a hard burnt film over it as if it was sitting underneath a heat lamp all morning. Beer was warm. Looks like they prep all kinds of sauces and keep them underneath plastic wrap all day.

My wife and I had a great experience here yesterday! The chicken sandwich, bread and pizza were all excellent. We sat on the terrace and our server was fast, polite and available. Although you could say that she's carrying her a 55! We live here in the valley and commented that we had to come here more often! A side note for those who quickly give a negative rating because the service was bad or slow: Vail Valley is a small town with many tourists. Shops like tourists. Bring your wallet and spend as you are on vacation! However, please note that most restaurants and businesses have a very difficult time to keep a complete staff. The cost of life in Vally, although never cheap, has now become a struggle for most middle class people. The great hike in the real estate prices and the fact that many condominiums and houses are used for VRBO and other short-term rental options is also driving. .02

I held here alone as a half point between driving Grand Junction to Denver. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the super friendly Sean (Shawn? Not sure what spelling). I'm not a season girl, but the menu description looked great so I ordered and it was probably one of the best seasons I ever had. For dinner I ordered the Elchburger and the Brussels sprouts. The Elchburger was good, but these Brussels spirouts made me beat my mom. I can not recommend them very much, they were perfectly cooked so they were still crisp, even after they were placed in the slightly sweet honey garlic sauce. The atmosphere was fun, with many locals and an entertaining and attentive bartender. I noticed some of the other reviews are not so brilliant, but I had a quite great experience sitting in the bar.

Atmosphere and service are bar none. Beer was delicious And refreshing. Came with a Group of seven and everyone found something on the menu to their liking even the little ones. Reasonably priced. Great deck. I had the corn beef Reuben. There are some really great specials in Addition to the menu.

Food was fantastic. The hostess not only sat us, but she checked on us twice during service. She was very friendly... The Chicken Fried Chicken was really good. One of us had the brisket – great flavor! Love the sangria too.
