The red lentil hummus is absolutely amazing, and the spicy Italian dish brings back memories of the East Coast—but it's even better. Those are just my top two favorites, but I could keep going on about the menu. You really need to try it for yourself! Chef Schmidt and his talented team of chefs make this place truly special. They do everything right. This is definitely a must-visit in the valley!

The food was off th... read more My Family and I went to Craftsman for lunch on Sunday. What a meal and what a place. I had the Shrimp po boy and the rest of us had burgers. The food was off the wall good and the service was awesome. I can't wait to go back. How do you do that to the fries? I've never had fries like that. I am pretty sure I dreamt about them last night. Great job by some great local folks!
