What patsy rock doesn't like about Cafe 163:
every time I visit this creepy establishment, there is is some man, in some sort of capacity leaching on the young women servers. Is he the owner? Manager? He looks like he is held together by discarded toothpicks. His hair has an element of halloween horror. But he is always yakking up the poor female servers, as they set the tables, whilst firmly clutching a fork for self defense. Nasty. Food is average. The **** M... View all feedback.
We always enjoy visiting Madeleine, who prepares the most delicious pineapple mimosas! They also serve the finest Huevos Rancheros.
The atmosphere and vibe were fantastic, and the food was excellent—the breakfast burrito was outstanding! Madeline provided exceptional service at the bar. I would definitely recommend this place!
I waited half an hour to be seated, even though there were available tables! The staff member was rude, so I decided to leave instead.
