It took us a while to work out how the orde... read more Ventured into Sushi Gao as we were walking past and thinking about food. We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated. It took us a while to work out how the ordering system worked but that's because we don't speak Italian so it's entirely our fault haha! Once we figured out the order form, and food began arriving it was excellent. All the food was piping hot, well presented and tasted lovely. The only issue was the speed and order at which it came out of the kitchen. We had random flurries of food appearing, then nothing for 10 minutes or more. Perhaps this was down to our inexperience with these kinds of systems but it seemed excessively slow at times. Otherwise, excellent staff and excellent tasting food.

The dishes are of superior quality to a normal all you can eat and cooked so as not to be heavy even when consumed in high quantities. Very friendly staff and a nice environment with even an outdoor part. A stone's throw from the center of Edolo. Definitely worth trying.
