Worst experience ever. NEVER PAY WITH CASH. $10 STOLEN RIGHT OUT OF THE POCKET. Paid with 22 dollars order came out to $10.70. Gave an extra 2 dollars, so I'd get a 10 back, and they said all I gave was 12 dollars. They were useless and had no intentions on resolving the issue while I was there. I was given my 10 dollars back later that day. I'll never go to this location, nor will I ever pay with cash at Tim Hortons
Hit and miss here. One thing I can say is that the service is very fast and you won’t be waiting. On the flip side, I have had melted Iced Capps and barely toasted bagels probably because they are so fast.
I've had 2 negative interactions with the manager at this location so far, I've had several more with the staff, go figures bad management would lead to worse service. Time to find a new manager.The manager here told me I should clean my own table as well as the floor underneath the the table just to give you a glimpse into the utter unprofessionalism at play here, this lady needed to be fired like yesterday.Most of the employees here are insufferable except for Suzy in the morning who is awesome and a treat to be around, ALL employees at this location should undergo customer service training underneath her or better yet just make her the manager.The Federal government is bringing in over a million immigrants a year, there is no excuse for the incredibly poor attitudes of the vast majority of the staff here, replace most of them.I will fix my review once these things have been actioned upon.Updated for visibility!
