Reviews - Teapsy Lab
Reviews summary
Teapsy Lab offers a cozy atmosphere on Whyte Avenue, showcasing a vibrant decor perfect for social media enthusiasts. While the food, including pork cutlet curry and takoyaki, has garnered positive notes for flavor and generous portions, consistency has been an issue, with delays and order mistakes reported. Some drinks, particularly the bubble teas, have disappointed patrons seeking robust flavors. However, highlights like refreshing Yakult drinks and mango fruit black tea resonate well. With a friendly staff and an inviting ambiance, it remains a potential go-to for casual outings while improvements in service could enhance the overall experience.

What Anonym dislikes about Teapsy Lab:
Tried the Japanese roasted milk tea with pudding, pork cutlet curry with cheese, popcorn chicken, takoyaki and garlic chicken wings. The food is decent, good snacks to have. Wouldn't mind coming back for food. The decor and ambience is nice.Service was good.Bubble tea was a miss for me. I love myself a good milk tea and this one was bland and tasted very different from what I've had. For almost $8... I was disappointed... View all feedback.

We were not impressed with this restaurant. The food was mediocre, the establishment appeared unclean, and our order was incorrect. Additionally, they served us the wrong boba teas, which did not taste good.
I really enjoy the Yakult drinks at this restaurant, they are very refreshing. However, I find that the prices for their Teppanyaki dishes have gone up and I don't think they are worth it anymore.
This is a great bubble tea place on Whyte Ave with seating inside or take-away options. They have a great selection of different drinks of different styles; I particularly like that they have a thai tea flavour of milk tea. They also offer slushies, smoothies, and more. I haven't tried their food yet (though it looks tempting! but the couple times I've stopped by for milk tea it's been delicious. Will return!

Teapsy Lab is fantastic! It was a perfect place to stop in for a bubble tea before strolling down Whyte Ave. Their mango fruit black tea is really tasty. The dessert options all look delicious as well. The staff is friendly and quick. I will definitely be returning for more soon!

It is a sweet and cozy caffe in the heart of whyte ave. we tried the original Chai tea with tapioca. it was good in taste and quite expensive. also the place is quite instagrammable. so they can definitely click on a set of images when they are in it
I’ve visited this place twice with a large group of people and the service have always been consistent. Staff are kind, patient, and very welcoming. Food quality is great and their drinks are top notch. Only one star less because the food always takes soooo long to arrive. Expect up to 30 minutes wait, even when they’re not that busy. I only ordered the Egg Puff last time and the staff promised 15-20 minutes, but it took 30 minutes to make it and it was very average. Very disappointed. But their sizzling plates have all been consistently good (Garlic Pepper Chicken is a must-try
Tomato chicken is good.Pork cutlets with curry ? comes in a generous portion. The curry is tasty. Pork cutlets could make friends with a meat hammer prior to cooking.Featured taiwanese salted chicken pieces. Good flavor. I'd love it a bit less salty. Chicken are moist and deep fried well. I'd love it lots more if the meat and the skin are together instead of separated. All in all, good job.
This place was inspired by a mainland china uofa student who here immigrated but who travel back to china to inspire for new drinks and flavor combinations. it's not a chain. it is independent. I like that, right?
