This restaurant is in a fantastic location for all-you-can-eat sushi! Keep in mind that they have a strict 90-minute dining policy, so it's best to plan and order accordingly. I made a reservation for 6 p.m. today. Although there was a line, my reservation allowed me to enter without delay (I highly recommend making one). I was seated outside, where each table was partitioned, providing a private and spacious atmosphere. However, the interior was quite crowded, which made it feel a bit tighter and noisier. The staff were friendly, and the food was outstanding for an all-you-can-eat establishment. In my opinion, it's much better than Watari. I'm already considering returning next time!

The quality of the food is impressive for an all-you-can-eat place; their fish is fresh and flavorful, which is definitely a plus! The staff is very friendly and attentive, making sure everything is to your satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning!
Sushi Toshi is one of my favorite places to visit in Edmonton! The tuna and salmon sashimi have a beautifully soft texture and both are full of great flavor. The service was also fantastic!
Good value for all you can eat sushi considering it is $43/person.Sashimi was good as it was fresh and melts in your mouth. Some of the rolls and maki are good. However we ordered a lot that don't know which maki is which but I know spicy tuna was good. Spicy tuna has some kick. The best dish was the one meat/protein per person only. Maximum of 1 protein per person but the steak was good. The pork belly is not bad but kinda like eating bacon. The sauces needs some fine tuning as it was a bit bland. But steak is good highly recommend it. Steak was super juicy and must be a good cuts of beef. And adding butter to the steak makes it juicier.Chicken karaage was a bit disappointing as the pieces are small and bland or has not taste at all.Tempura shrimp was good. The batter was crispy and not mushy. Oh the miso soup was good too.Service was good. And pretty nice touch that the server cooks the raw meat for us using hot rock but we finish the cooking process.I need to thank this person for recommending this restaurant. Also I highly recommend to make a reservation as I got lucky with party of 3 and a baby. It was supposedly an hour wait instead it was 20 minutes wait but we drove around St. Albert.
We decided to go yesterday as a group, the food is quite tasty and they have a wide variety. The service is very good. Things to take into account:1. Make a reservation2. Although online we could see the menu, when we arrived we realized that they only had the option All you can eat with a price of $43, in our case it was a little inconvenient because we were going to celebrate a birthday and not all of us were prepared for so much food.2. Children and seniors get a discount.3. If you leave a lot of leftovers, they charge an additional fee.4. In groups of 6 or more people the percentage of the tip goes up to 18%, which makes the bill inflate quite a bit in the end.5. The choice of beverages in the All you can eat package is quite limited, only Pepsi brand sodas are available. The natural beverages are juices, small for the $5.5.6. You only have 90 minutes to eat and in the case of our group of 6, a maximum of 150 pieces, which I think loses a bit the idea of All you can eat.Overall it was a good experience, but there are things that we would have liked to know before and that the very kind waiter explained to us when we arrived.
