Looking for just a quick bite for lunch we found ourselves on Jasper and were staggered at prices for a simple bowl of noodles and so said ' oh, lets go to Subway '. The food is always good (nice and fresh) , served with smile and efficient and clean. Well located.. nr Art Museum and Mall. View all feedback.

Probably the worst Subway I've been to in Edmonton. I don't know if one of the asian-looking ladies working there is having a bad day or not, but their customer service was just absolutely horrible. I've asked for a little bit more lettuce for my sandwich and she refused and starting giving me attitude because she said it'll be hard for her to wrap it lol. Very weird experience and you have to ask them to give normal size portions.
Worst subway in the city. They are very hesitant on giving normal rations.
Best customer service and I asked the name of the employee named Renz. He let me use bathroom and let me sit in their dine area even I didn’t buy anything but after He helped me to figure out what I can have when I wasn’t too hungry and I really wanted to eat something warm. I bought teriyaki chicken with cheese made my day. Thanks Ranz for serving me your best service.Parking: You can stay 5 to 15 minutes in loading zone
