Ordered a steak and bacon sub on September 24th at approximately 6:00 pm. This sub is supposed to come with a double serving of cheese. Our sub arrived and not only did it have no cheese on it whatsoever, it looked like it had been sat on or dropped. Compared to the chicken rancher that was part of the same order, there were barely any vegetables on it as well.I contacted the restaurant and explained the situation, asking what our options were because it had been made incorrectly and was extremely unappetizing. The employee working refused to listen to me and kept insisting over and over that he remembered adding cheese and that it must’ve just melted even though it was clear there was no cheese, since we had a second sub with cheese on it for comparison. I asked him if he had a supervisor I could speak to and he said he was the only one in the store and that there was absolutely nothing he could do to rectify the situation. In a situation like this typically an order would be re-made and I found it to be extremely unprofessional of the employee to keep insisting he hadn’t made a mistake and didn’t provide any sort of solution.We attempted to eat the sub but it tasted awful. Not impressed with the quality and especially unimpressed with the customer service we received tonight. We will not be back.
I had ordered a subway series and this lady named Candice was very rude the entire time i was ordering.Including making comments such as thats what your mouth is for and its not my job when i asked for a meal with my sub.Vegetarian options: There is actually very little to no vegan options here and they mix meat tools with thr ones they use on vegetarian options.
