If this continues, you're going to lose customers. I think I'll start going to Sunterra, where I can get better value for my money. I'm quite disappointed with this Subway location.

The staff hardly listens when you respond to thei... read more The Subway in the Commerce building has the most poorly trained employees I've ever encountered at any Subway. The staff hardly listens when you respond to their questions about your preferences. I specifically told them I couldn't have onions because of an allergy, yet they still added them to my order. I also asked for my sandwich not to be grilled, but it was anyway. When I reached the register, the cashier didn't even ask if I wanted a drink to accompany the sandwich I couldn't eat. It was clear that the cashier didn’t understand my order any better than the staff making the sandwiches. In the end, I just left empty-handed. What a waste of my lunch break—thanks for nothing.
