The food and staff are excellent, but there is frequently only one person on duty during lunchtime. As a result, customers often wait more than 15 minutes just to place their orders.

This subway location is typical of the chain. The bread and sides are the same standard offerings you would expect.

It appears that the portion sizes at your restaurant are getting smaller and smaller. I'm paying more, but receiving less meat with my meal. If this continues, you're going to lose customers. I think I'll start going to Sunterra, where I can get better value for my money. I'm quite disappointed with this Subway location.

The Subway in the Commerce building has the most poorly trained employees I've ever encountered at any Subway. The staff hardly listens when you respond to their questions about your preferences. I specifically told them I couldn't have onions because of an allergy, yet they still added them to my order. I also asked for my sandwich not to be grilled, but it was anyway. When I reached the register, the cashier didn't even ask if I wanted a drink to accompany the sandwich I couldn't eat. It was clear that the cashier didn’t understand my order any better than the staff making the sandwiches. In the end, I just left empty-handed. What a waste of my lunch break—thanks for nothing.
