The homeless man came up to me as I was purchasing my sand which, he was asking for me to buy him a drink. He proceeded to lift up his shirt and be creepy. I said yes only if I’m allowed to buy you a drink. The staff should have said sir you can’t do that in here, it was very unsafe. If you have homeless people harassing your customers you need to hire security. It was a very bad experience that could of been prevented

They told me they don't have the rotisserie chicken a... read more So I went to this location unfortunately on August 26 2023 at about 6 pm. I ordered a chicken rancher sub. They told me they don't have the rotisserie chicken and said has to use another chicken. So they couldn't even make my sub right.So then I asked for a fountain drink nope they don't have any fountain drinks. I asked why the staff told me they turn it off because they have a lot of homeless people that come in and break it. So now a paying customer can't even get a fountain drink. Of course they were willing to sell me a bottle drink at an increased price. Wow just horrible.Had very few cookies too I got the last two chocolate chip cookies and this location closes at 11pm lots of time before they close. Staff is just lazy.The restaurant itself is just filthy so very dirty clearly. Take some time to clean the tables and the floor and it wasn't just one table it was a lot of them.I would give this location 0 stars if I could totally horrible location. Avoid this location at all costs it is horrible!
