Delicious! This restaurant is amazing. There are so many options to choose from, the prices are fair, the atmosphere is clean, and the staff is friendly. I got the works and my bowl was filled to the brim. I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.

My girlfriend's bowl was fishy, also it was over priced for the small amount of food. The staff member who helped us was rude and rushing us as well. Won't be eating here again. View all feedback.

Not ideal ordering a $36 bowl and receiving half of each rice/lettuce and getting waaay less rice and about 6 leaf spring mix... not ideal, seems if you do half n half, they'll not fill it up. Amount of protein in the triple scoop also very minimal, i've eaten with splash MANY times and they are one of the most inconsistent places i've been to.

Good selection of toppings and sauces, but they definitely price gouge. It's fast food, yet they charge you the same price for a bowl as they would at an actual restaurant. Rice and avocado add-ons cost 3 times more than competing chains.
The franchise itself is okay, but this particular location needs to improve staff training on courtesy and patience. During my visit, I ordered a tropical bowl with some modifications. The older woman preparing the bowl seemed impatient and was difficult to understand. She did not clearly explain which proteins were included in the bowl and seemed unsure about the recipe, having to double-check and confirm details. When I asked to see the breakdown of charges on the screen before paying, she insisted that I pay first. I was hesitant because the total was $28, so I wanted to understand the cost. This led to a frustrating interaction where she accidentally rang up the order and had to have another staff member redo the transaction. It became apparent that adding an extra protein to a bowl resulted in an extra charge, which I found to be overpriced. Two customers behind me left during this ordeal, and I chose to take my bowl to go as I did not want to dine in the nearly empty restaurant. My visit was on 05/05/23.
