It was decent, but not impressive. I would say the crust is similar to what you’d find at other chain restaurants. Based on the ratings here, I expected much better quality overall. The tomato sauce could use a bit more seasoning, and I found it quite expensive. We ended up spending $33 for a medium pizza and an order of jalapeño poppers, which seemed excessive.
The service was quite rude, and it would have been nice to receive a greeting upon entering. The pizza lacked flavor; the sauce could definitely use some improvement.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best pizza spots in the city. Not only do they serve incredible pizza, but their salt and pepper wings are the best my family has ever tasted. The restaurant is spacious, accommodating plenty of guests. There's always something happening, with sports and music playing in the background. They offer a bar with a variety of drinks, including a unique German beer called Grimbergan on tap that you won’t find anywhere else. Additionally, they have a selection of one-of-a-kind dishes. This place is a true hidden gem in Edmonton and is perfect for all ages.
I've visited this restaurant many times, and the food has always been great. However, tonight the service was terrible. Earlier this week, I called to reserve a table for seven people, making sure to mention that we needed space for wheelchairs. The person I spoke to assured me it wouldn't be a problem, so I went ahead with the reservation. When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation, and we ended up having to put the tables together ourselves. It took a long time for my husband to receive his salad, and we had to pass the plates and cutlery around the table ourselves. They weren't even particularly busy, so I don't understand what went wrong. While the food was still good, the poor service has left a bad taste and has put us off from one of our favorite pizza spots.
