Description

Nestled in downtown Edmonton, Silk boasts a stylish ambiance and vibrant decor, creating an inviting atmosphere for diners. While the menu features familiar fare reminiscent of popular chains, patrons still praise the quality of dishes like the signature bacon croquettes and well-crafted cocktails. Service can be hit or miss, with some experiencing delays during busier times, but friendly staff contribute to the overall warm vibe. Though opinions vary on the food's uniqueness and value, the trendy setting and fresh drinks make it a worthwhile spot for a casual night out. Silk has the potential to shine with a few tweaks.

Food and atmosphere was amazing. We had 5 different appetizers and all of them were awesome. The restaurant is very clean, service was phenomenal. I‘ll definitely be back there and would absolutely recommend this spot!

I love this place. I 've been there 3 times in 2 weeks. The bacon croquettes are the signature dish and they are amazing. The wings are top notch. I 'm looking forward to sitting down there for a full meal. Will, the bar manager knows his stuff. Thecocktail menu is on point, and I would recommend The Princess and the pea with muddled snap peas for a fresh cocktail or Kentucky Rows for a fantastic Bourbon cocktail. All cocktails are well balanced and have a unique twist.

Server: good but would rather hang out with what I presumed was her boss than serve us. Starters: bland but not terribly priced. Mains: fish was great, burgers were just above the size of a slider and the fries must have been stored in a bag ofsalt. Salad was standard. Atmosphere: for a bar that has $14 cocktails and $60 bottles of wine I didn’t expect the sportsbar sized tv screens playing sports net. Bottom line. Save yourself $200 and go to cactus club it’s the same thing.

I went to Silk for the first time recently... I plan to go back often! Great little trendy spot in downtown Edmonton... close to Roger’s and MacEwan but also great parking is available right in front. Worth it to check this place out... you’ll love thefood, drinks, and overall vibe! It’s a little quieter than the craziness of some of the chain restaurants downtown but stillmaintaining a “night out” feel. And the music is on point!
