I can't remember his name (my problem, not his, as I am bad with names), but he was friendly, funny, kind, and had great suggestions. We had a lovely dinner, pre show at the Winspear. The food came out to us in a timely fashion, it was delicious and we paid up and made our show, with lots of time.
