I took my husband for his birthday and we had an excellent time. The food was fantastic and our server was very nice. The only reason I gave the ambience section 4 stars is due to loud road work being done outside the restaurant. This was in no way the restaurants fault. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this place to many friends. View all feedback.

Heard so many good things, was excited to try it out for my birthday and my food was underwhelming and burnt. My husbands was fine. The waitress never came over and asked how our food was, made us feel not welcome and almost rude. So we didn’t even have dessert, or wine since i didn’t want to spend any more money there. Food is excellent - ambience goodService is good but given prices I would expect a little better.
Excellent Booked in for a table of 4, surprised by the simple non pretentious decor of bench and booth diner style seating.
Finally! I've been wanting to try Red Ox Inn for the past couple of occasions but the timing/stars weren't aligned.
We love this restaurant ... love the waiters and the food is unique and lovely!
Came here for mothers day. The garden in the background was lovely. The food came out late because of "computer problems" but I thought the waiter could have told the kitchen? The coffee got cold too. The surroundings are lovely and the hostess was accommodating where we wanted to sit with a toddler and baby.
