They fry the donair meat in a sauce (or two) of your choosing with veggies and then put it onto a full bed of fries, cheese, and gravy. On top of the meat you can select any (or all 3) of the creamy sauces (donair, garlic, tatziki). The guy working there also informed me you can add any fresh donair toppings to the poutine at no additional charge. All the extras you ask for are included in the original price which is amazing. Honestly

The poutine had had no cheese curds, it had a small mozzarella cheese shaved on top, and the gravy was watered down with 0 taste. That was by far the worstpoutine and donair I?ve tried. Do not waste your money here. There are way better donair spots for your money in Edmonton.
