Ordered pizza from here, they got my order wrong. Sent a new pizza, got that one wrong too. Couldn't eat either pizza and they decided the best offer would be a $10 credit for my next order... I asked for a refund from the email they tell you to contactand they did the exact same thing.
I ordered pizza from this restaurant today and clearly stated in the instructions that we have allergies and do not want any olives or tomatoes. Unfortunately, they added an excessive amount of both. When I called to address the issue, the person on the other end had no idea what I was talking about. The customer service was very poor, and the representative was quite rude. I would rate them zero stars if I could.
I went to pick up the pizza no one in the store was wearing head cover /nets and they were working in the kitchen and on the front desk and if the supervisor/superiors have any doubt please check the cameras . I felt its so unhygienic that they are working in the food industry and especially baking the stuff and no one cares .so disappointing.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. They initially forgot my order and promised to bring it to me, but I never received any updates. When I called to check on it, they told me they were 10-15 minutes away, but no one ever arrived. The following day, I spoke with Abdullah, who was patient and understanding about the situation. Unfortunately, it seems that the restaurant does not have effective solutions for issues like this.
The food is amazing, but today I chose contactless delivery since I wouldn't be home when the pizza arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery driver kept calling me and was rather rude about my absence when he arrived. What's the purpose of contactless delivery if he's just going to wait at my door? I had already paid for the pizza.
