I had decided to try this restaurant after checking it on TV. I also ordered beer and it was skunky. This is not the Hardware Grill so don't go comparing it to the "top" restaurants in the city. This rating is based on the food and service. Panciteria de Manila is a hole-in-the-wall in a dodgy neighbourhood.
