Description

OEB Breakfast Company in Edmonton offers a vibrant atmosphere, diverse menu, and generous portions, with highlights such as breakfast poutines and Eggs Benedict. While the food receives praise for quality and creativity, service inconsistencies and a lack of warmth from hosts detract from the experience. Long wait times and crowded seating can frustrate guests, suggesting the importance of reservations. A dedicated waitstaff can elevate your visit, but some diners encountered delays and unfriendly interactions. Despite these drawbacks, many patrons remain hopeful and enthusiastic about returning, signaling that OEB still holds potential for a memorable brunch.

Honestly, if you don't have a reservation, don't bother coming here. I waited for a table for an hour, even though there were plenty of empty tables where we could have eaten and left. I will give it another try with a reservation, but from what I observed, the two-seat tables are small and you are sitting very closely to each other.

This restaurant is no where near as good as Calgary. Waited 25 minutes for a single pancake that was so thick. The middle was gooey. I ate 4 bites and the server still charged me even after I told her I wasn’t happy with it.

Met a friend here for lunch I got the holy crab benny and it was really good! I've been wanting to try OEB for a while and I'm really glad I finally had the opportunity. Definitely recommend having a reservation though if you are wanting to go during the weekend and want to avoid a wait.

Excellent service! Yummy food, VERY generous portions. The place is beautiful, but of course, it gets packed so plan in advance (we had to wait for an hour without a reservation) Fortunately the waiting line went pretty fast, and the restaurant placesadditional seating spaces but in the back hall of the place, so outside the restaurant, not as picturesque but i mean, we werethere for brunch so it's fine. We recommend the French Toast trifle, it was so good I didn't have the chance to take a picture. But it's lemony, zesty goodness, delicious to share or as a main course.

Made reservation on yelp app. Good thing as so busy. Excellent food and service. Lobster and shrimp crepe was fab. My friends bene poached eggs were very runny for Medium so better confirm. Drip coffee is superior. Free street parking for one hour workedwell too
