**Restaurant Review: A Taste of May**
Nestled within an art gallery, May offers a delightful dining experience characterized by its outstanding dishes and exceptional cocktails. While the presentations are visually appealing and flavors burst with elegance, some patrons found the portion sizes a bit lacking for the price. Service can be hit or miss, especially during busy times, but when attentive, staff members enhance the overall experience. The atmosphere boasts inviting views of City Hall, making it an ideal spot for pre-show dining. For those in search of a quality culinary outing, May is worth a visit, particularly for its fantastic cocktails.

The restaurant was closed at the time of my reservation, and I learned that they will be closing permanently the next day. The executive chef was extremely rude and made no effort to offer any compensation, even though May had advertised brunch packages that included art gallery passes.
The dishes at this restaurant are outstanding, bursting with flavor and crafted with precision. If you haven't visited yet, you absolutely should! The signature cocktails are superb, and I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts appetizer. Everything was delicious, and the service was both knowledgeable and attentive without being overwhelming.
The food was excellent, and although the restaurant was short on staff and had only one server who was fantastic, it became challenging for them to keep up as the place got busier. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Was pleasantly surprised by the delicious cocktails and good food. Found the portions a little small for the price but it comes with territory with an a-la-carte style restaurant like this. I would definitely go back.
