We had the chicken satay, pad Thai and red curry with coconut rice. All of it was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

But at LOFT Thai Eatery, you can order these dishes. And then some. . Like its name suggests, LOFT provides an elevated, modern take on traditional Thai cuisine. You'll still find Thai staples like pad Thai and tom yum goong on the menu, but under the helm of Chef Chon, he brings his years of experience working in world class kitchens to give Edmontonians an appreciation of what Thai cuisine could be.

It offers the most authentic... read more **Food: Excellent but Lacking Spice** After trying many Thai restaurants in Edmonton, Loft has become my go-to spot for Thai food. It offers the most authentic flavors of any place I've discovered in the city, and the quality of the dishes is outstanding. My only complaint is that the spice level tends to be quite low; you'll need to request extra heat to truly enjoy the flavors. This feedback comes from someone who usually doesn't seek out spicy food. Fortunately, you can always ask the kitchen to increase the spice when ordering, and for those who crave even more heat, they can bring chili to your table. Additionally, while I understand it's a Northern Thailand specialty, I would love to see Khao Soi added to their menu! **Service: Impeccable** The service at Loft has been consistently excellent. The staff is quick, attentive, polite, and respectful. I can’t say enough good things about their team. They are always willing to assist with any requests. **Atmosphere: Trendy and Cozy** Loft features a small, stylish environment. With around 10 tables, the layout is efficient, allowing for a good number of guests without feeling overcrowded. Overall, it's a pleasant place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Service was... read more We were greeted by our friendly waitress and seated immediately, I tried a Thai Beer 'Chang ' while my wife had the That Iced Tea both were perfect. Service was quick and courteous even though the place was very busy for a Saturday. Together we had the duck, Thom Ka, Red Curry, and their ice cream dessert. All were excellent with the duck being the standout. Decor is nice and modern, an excellent place for a date! Have fun

The salmon is perfectly cooked, and the steak is incredibly juicy and tender, complemented by a uniquely delicious sauce! The mac and cheese, served sweet and sour with a layer of torched cheese on top, is a hit with kids. The staff is exceptionally friendly as well. I highly recommend giving it a try!
