All staff are great and friendly! Chicken is so nice evrything is great on this store. I dont know why most people here put bad comments on this review. People nowadays wants free my goodness lol! Ordered a few things, one of which was an eight piece chicken bucket. I asked for dark meat only and mainly thighs, as the last time I ordered here I got two thighs and six drums. This time I got seven drums and one thigh, all of which were overcooked and dry. Used to be a good place to go, but will never use this store again! View all feedback.
Untrained, rude and very greasy and slightly undercooked in my opinion..stay away.You will regret spending your cash..

The chicken was greasy you could see it on the bottom of the bucket. The coleslaw was way to creamy. It had no taste at all. Got all brown meat (drumsticks) only 2 breasts 1 chicken wing and the rest thighs. Service was not bad considering it was late at night around 9:00 pm. The gravy was watery and no taste. Not a place I would recommend. there are other KFC in this city. Just don't go there. Blah
Very rude, unprofessional staff. Have ordered several pick ups but its never ready when you go to pick up. They make you wait another 20-30 minutes. They don't even apologize Even the manger doesn't speak english properly. Horrendous experience here quite a few times.
We placed an online order at 6:44 pm on 30 Nov 20 and were given an estimate of 75 minutes for delivery, which was acceptable. At 8:30 pm, there was still no sign of our order, so we called the KFC inquiry line to ask about where our order was. We were left on hold for almost 15 minutes with no answer (or delivery) forthcoming, so we decided to look up the restaurant’s number and inquire with them directly. When we finally got a hold of them, they told us that our order was there and waiting for us. When we inquired about why it hadn’t been delivered yet, there seemed to some initial confusion about whether it was supposed to be delivered and, after a pause, we were then told that it would be “on the next batch out.” We made a second call to the restaurant about where our order was at 9:15 pm, 30 minutes after the first inquiry was made and, after asking when our order was due to arrive, were hung up on. We tried to make three successive calls, the first never being answered and the second and third ringing busy. I was then obliged to go to the restaurant in person to demand an answer about our meal and why it was never delivered. When I arrived, I and was again greeted with confusion over needing to be delivered. After determining that this was a complete waste of time, I demanded my money back, but was told that because it was an online order the best they could do for me was refund the delivery and tip. Finally, at approx. 9:35 pm, almost three hours after it was originally ordered, and almost 90 minutes after the original delivery estimate, I finally had my order—which I had to pick up myself. Suffice to say, thus is totally and absolutely unacceptable. We paid for delivery, with the expectation that our supper would at least be close to being on time. We have never been so dissatisfied with KFC after in all of the years that we’ve ordered from them and would sooner have our eyeballs taken out with a spoon than give these people any more of our business.
