Orders were not coming out in the correct order, leading to frustration for a Skip the Dishes delivery driver whose order was delayed while orders for customers who arrived after him were being served. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

I went through the drive-thru to order one meal, but it took 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to take my payment. After being told to proceed to the parking lot for my food, I waited for 20 minutes and eventually had to go inside the store to inquire about my order. I was informed that they had run out of chicken and it would take another 4 minutes for it to cook. With a crowd of delivery drivers and other customers also waiting, it seemed like it would be at least another 10 minutes before my food would be ready. I decided to get a refund and leave. With so many other chicken restaurants to choose from, this level of service is unacceptable. It would have been better if they had communicated the wait time upfront and let customers decide whether they wanted to wait or not. Waiting in a car for an extended period of time for fast food is not reasonable. I will not be returning to this location.
