Despite some positive reviews of delicious food and efficient service, this particular KFC location seems to have a consistent problem with customer service. Some customers have complained about long waits, rude staff, and issues with the amenities like the Coke machine and air conditioning. One customer even mentioned getting food poisoning from their order. While some people appreciate the quality of the chicken at this location, it seems that overall, management and service need improvement.

This KFC makes the best chicken compared to other KFC locations on the southside. I actually drive from Ellerslie to go there. The one on Ellerslie road always has dry chicken. This location know how to handle the food and great service too
Came here today for the Thursday special. Sassy male employee who talks with an attitude tells me 20 minutes wait. Then I ask for a large fries and large mashed potatoes. Guy in the back goes Well now its 35 minutes wait .This store has consistently bad customer service. I asked Mr.Sassy Attitude for the guy 's name in the back. He goes Cook .This staff is horrendous and this KFC needs to get new management. The Thursday Special is your main item on Thursdays you should have that in stock. And I dont appreciate this sassy guy 's attitude. Anything to get that Permanent Residence card doesn 't mean you have to put up with bad employees. I waited 10 mins close by as google said they open at 10.30am. I arrived at 10.29, waited for 10.30. Their sign that was on said open. Both doors were locked. I made noise trying to open, no one showed up. I knocked on the glass hard and no one showed up either. I left at 10.30am and no one opened or looked for any customers. There were 2 of us and we left. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend their service. Food might be good but didnt try it.
I had a vip birthday coupon and they didn't know how to process it. I contacted customer service but no one ever replied to me. The coupon has since expired.
Chicken was overdone,and gravey had absolutely no taste. This location was good for a short time, but went back to their old ways.
