Jollibee is always my happy place and getting my comfort foods. Each time I crave for sweets I just buy their peach mango pie or chocolate sundae. Each time I crave for delicious, crispy chicken, I just come here for their tasty chicken joy! Their burgersteak tasted amazing as well. Jollibee would never disappoint with their delicious meal. i ordered a 6 chicken all spicy bucket, but i got all original. then the chicken is soggy and not crispy, not hot or even warm. you guys made me very sad, i was so excited to eat. i just wish you cared more for the value of what you serve to customers,especially that i paid for it. Jollibee is always my go-to spot for happiness, offering my favorite comfort foods. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, I can't resist their peach mango pie or chocolate sundae. And when I'm in the mood for tasty, crispy chicken, I immediately reach for their delightful Chickenjoy! Their burger steak is equally impressive. Jollibee never fails to provide delicious meals that truly satisfy.
I've regularly ordered 10 chicken pieces, with half being regular and half spicy, but I've only ever received the regular chicken. Unfortunately, the Jollibee app doesn't provide a way to submit a complaint after the delivery is made. This issue has occurred not just once, but four times now.
If the branch manager happens to read this, I hope it serves as an important reminder to retrain the staff on proper food handling and packaging, as well as customer respect, which I unfortunately did not receive. This situation has become intolerable. Even if you're craving Jollibee, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this location.
