The restaurant tends to be quite busy during lunch, but the line moves quickly. The service is friendly. I ordered the black forest ham sandwich with all the toppings and added cheese. It ended up being massive! All the ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Fifendekel:
I had the Saskatoon berry and chocolate cream desserts. The chocolate cream tasted similar to chocolate mousse, but with a more gelatinous texture, complemented by a layer of white cream. I just grabbed an egg salad sandwich on multigrain bread and a slice of the daily special, “Strawberry Pie.” The pie was amazing! It brought back memories of my mother taking my siblings and me for a special treat of strawberry pie at Woodward’s Cafe in Westmount Mall back in the 1960s. The sandwich was also really good. I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location due to the unfriendly server who makes the sandwiches. Every visit has felt uncomfortable, as they often talk over me, rush my order, and greet me in a rude manner. While the sandwiches are great and the other staff members are polite, the service from this particular server has made me decide to visit a different location in the future.
