Unfortunately a friend of mine was fasting and I ordered only salad and was impressed with hospitality of the guy worked there. Ordered large bowl and got more than anticipated. Traveling to USA I have noticed their hospitality is greater than Canadian. At Donna's this is not a case.

First time eating here and the food is delicious!! i ordered for pickup for myself and my boyfriend. they were short staffed but the service was still great!! i... read more First time eating here and the food is delicious!! i ordered for pickup for myself and my boyfriend. they were short staffed but the service was still great!! i left the store to go deliver and have lunch with my bf at his work just down the road. when i opened my beef deep i found i was missing au jus unfortunately so on my way home i stopped back in to get the dip because well a beef dip just isn't a beef dip without au jus!! i asked if they could possibly make me a fresh sandwich because at this point 30 minutes had passed and my sandy was now cold and soggy. the lady i spoke with(long dark hair in a braid) was very nice and said absolutely no problem we will make you a fresh one with the dip! i decided to sit down in the restaurant and eat my lunch fresh and i must say i am very impressed! my beef dip was so tasty and well seasoned as well as the fries are so crispy just the way i like them! my bf had the clubhouse and wow! huge sandwich enough to feed 2 people really! 5 stars for customer service, huge portion sizes, as well as the quality of the food is impeccable. i will definitely be back here to try some more items on the humongous menu!! thanks for the great service at Donna's!! Edited to add that the man they have bussing tables is also very sweet and does an amazing job keeping the place clean.. while i was seated i noticed he never stopped working . same goes for everyone else!! this place is very busy and they all kept a great attitude and many smiles all around despite being short staffed!!
