The pho is also... read more This is my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Edmonton. The meats in the Bun are grilled to perfection! Easily the best I have had in town. The pho is also delicious. Not as salty as some places which very nice. The amount of food is an extremely good deal especially given the top notch quality. The also have Chao Tom which is shrimp wrapped around sugar cane. That is not as common at most restaurants and is one of my favourite Vietnamese dishes. Plus you can get it in your bun. Amazing and can't recommend this restaurant enough.

I ordered the four colour Bun and if you're a Bun lover like myself, the sugarcane shrimp they have in this dish is a game changer. The delightful balance of sweet and savoury in that first bite is just the tip of the iceberg. The grilled meats were flavourful and has set a new bar for me for Vietnamese food. Their menu is vast and I am confident there is something for everyone there. I was honestly pleasantly surprised to see items I have never had the chance to try on their menu. We will definitely be going back and it'll be hard for me to deviate from my buns but I am determined to try something new in my future visits.
