I have been a regular since they opened and it pains me to say that I will not be eating here again. We ordered chicken wings and green onion cake and both came out burnt. We ordered the dried egg noodle and they gave it to us with soup so we sent it back. When we got our correct order we could not believe how salty it was. We’re unsure if this is how they make it now or if was because they are upset we sent back the food. The south-side location is amazing, so we’re guessing that’s where the cooks might’ve went. We’ll be going there from now on.
Oh my god I love Co Do Hue. Best Bun Bo Hue (so aromatic! in the city. A very large and varied menu with many options to choose from. I'd highly recommend the spicy crispy wings, the bbh or the pho. I have had other dishes in the past but I've always gravitated to my favorite. Staff is also quick and friendly.
This place is absolutely delicious! I love the variety of items on the menu, the food comes out very hot and each dish had amazing flavours! Each item is worth the price because of the quality and the size you receive. We ordered 6 spring rolls $10.95), 4 chicken fresh salad rolls $11.95), a five colour vermicelli bowl $19.95), a medium rare beef brisket noodle soup $15.95), and a special dried egg noodle $15.95). The only con about this place were the seats. They were quite run down and a bunch of the fabric was ripped off. It’s also constantly busy so make a reservation if you can! Other than that, I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area!
Great soup or should i say Pho nice service other than you have to ask for a water they won’t give you right away when you order
This is my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Edmonton. The meats in the Bun are grilled to perfection! Easily the best I have had in town. The pho is also delicious. Not as salty as some places which very nice. The amount of food is an extremely good deal especially given the top notch quality. The also have Chao Tom which is shrimp wrapped around sugar cane. That is not as common at most restaurants and is one of my favourite Vietnamese dishes. Plus you can get it in your bun. Amazing and can't recommend this restaurant enough.
