I explained that I came yesterd... read more I came to return an Amazon item and was told the QR code wasn’t working and it would take 24 hours to activate after the return. I explained that I came yesterday, was told the same thing, but had no issues then. Another employee was more polite and admitted it was their system malfunctioning, suggesting I come back later or try another Circle K. When I returned, I unfortunately encountered the same rude employee again. She claimed Amazon had already picked up the returns, there was no container left, and I should come back Monday— which I know was false. I went to a different Circle K with no problems returning the item; they said they accept returns daily. I mentioned this other location’s behavior, and the staff there thought she just didn’t want to handle the return. Avoid this Circle K for returns— the employee clearly doesn’t know the policy and misleads customers. Please train your staff properly.

There wa... read more I recently visited this Circle K location and was very disappointed. The clerk was indifferent and outright rude, showing no sense of customer service. There was a male and a female employee working, and both seemed like they despised their jobs—or people in general. When I smiled and politely said "excuse me" and "please," they both responded with annoyed expressions. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I left without purchasing anything.
