Chuck E. Cheese's - Edmonton
Chuck E. Cheese's
Description
Chuck E Cheese's has undergone some changes recently, transitioning from coins to cards and increasing some play prices. This has left some customers feeling disappointed, with one parent noting that $150 now only gets their kids about 30 minutes of playtime. Despite this, children are still having a great time playing games and enjoying the pizza at the establishment. However, some customers have noted issues with cleanliness and misinformation from staff members. Despite these setbacks, families continue to visit Chuck E Cheese's for fun-filled afternoons, with some even planning birthday parties at the venue. The staff have been commended for their efforts to ensure all kids have a chance to play, even in busy situations. Overall, Chuck E Cheese's remains a popular choice for families looking for a fun and entertaining experience.

The door greeter was wearing a black shirt with black pants... Both were noticeably quite dirty, later saw the same guy delivering food to a table. Got the buffet for one adult and one child, two drinks and 30 tokens for a grand total of $30. That's on the expensive side for sure. Games are mostly about trying to win tickets, not many arcade games at all. It was like a casino for little kids. At 11, my kid had fun but didn't last very long, we had a hard time spending all of our tokens. The games are suited for younger kids. The buffet is salad, pizza and desert pizza. The pizza was just ok and the desert pizza was very chewy, so much so my jaw was sore from chewing it lol
Even with printing coupons online, was still a little pricey. For food and Tokens for two girls and two adults cost $100. We were only there for 1.5 hours and they were out of tokens. For the tickets they received they got a large sucker. They were happy, so in the end that is what matters!
I just returned from here a few hours ago. This place seems to hold a LOT of kids birthday parties - over 1/2 of the tables were reserved by the time we left - we arrived 1st thing. They stamp your wrist & your kids to hopefully prevent your kids leaving with a different party. A lot of fun kid games that require tokens - getting in is free. Food is offered - Salas bar, pizza - plus it looked like beer was also available for parents needing one lol. Going here can get expensive but a fantastic time for the kids - and that is why you are there.
Gross food, good staff, good machines/toys and overall a really fun experience for my
