Characters offers fine dining in a comfortable, elegant setting. The staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the Tasters Menu which provided a means to sample many items from the complete menu. Pricing is on the higher scale but all food was excellently prepared and ample portion sizes ensured we were more than full at completion of the meal. View all feedback.

I don't know what happened to characters, because I (and a worker) have had good experiences there before. It has gone from above notch (although a bit expensive) to moderate food, absolutely creepy service and absurdly expensive. Had the pleasure of doing multiple weddings at this venue years ago, and the staff are always amazing and the food delicious. Absolutely love it here!
