Cafe Mosaics is becoming a regular spot for me! I love the variety of vegan and vegetarian food that isn’t just pasta or pizza. The restaurant has a unique drink menu, but even non-alcoholic drinks are very pricey. The gluten free options could be increased...(I would expect more from a vegan restaurant) but they are good nonetheless. The brunch options are lacking and the grapefruit and asparagus with my benny just isn’t satisfying to me. Overall A great spot to try healthy, plant based food!
As a vegetarian, this restaurant is my favorite spot to eat. My boyfriend, who is not vegetarian, loves trying new items on their menu every time we visit. I often bring my non-vegetarian friends along for desserts and coffee, as they have a great selection of drinks, although they can be pricey. The juices are made from fresh fruits and vegetables, while the hot drinks like hot chocolate and spicy chai are delicious. The appetizers, main meals, and specials are all fantastic and offer more variety than most vegetarian options. The restaurant is refreshing and caters to all tastes, with salads, wings, hummus, bread, zucchini pasta, and more. Make sure to save room for dessert, as the cupcakes, cookies, and banana bread are a must-try, especially with vegan whipped cream on top. The breakfast options are creative and well presented. The restaurant used to be a small and creepy place with great food, but it has since been beautifully renovated with a bright and peaceful decor, big windows, and plenty of plants. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal, whether it's summer or winter. During the summer, they open the garage door to create a patio dining experience. The service is unique compared to other restaurants, as it is calm and peaceful, without making you feel rushed. While the food may take a bit longer to prepare, it is always fresh and worth the wait, catering to both vegans and non-vegans.
Love this little cafe for their healthy foods and ample portions of it. Their key lime bowl is very tasty and refreshing. Had their falafel on red cabbage a previous time and really enjoyed that too. I even managed to convince a meat eating friend...of mine to join us. The only thing that disappointed is their wine list, the wines don't fit into the concept of local healthy/ organic foods. They are largely mass produced wines that even with the organic certification don't mean they are manufactured with good practices in mind. Would recommend they talk to Enotri Wine marketing for some great choices that fit the concept. But otherwise very tasty, lovely spot!
This place is very popular and for good reason. If you are going on the weekend for brunch (which I love to do) get there before or you will be waiting a while... Cafe Mosaic is a vegan/vegetarian gem, even for those of you...(like myself) that are not strictly vegan/vegetarian! Food is delicious and healthy. Drinks are healthy and tasty. Family friendly experience or go with your special someone or go with a friend I've done all three!
It had been a while since my last visit to this restaurant, but I decided to come with my wife and kids for my birthday. I was concerned about what the kids would eat, but they ended up enjoying their grilled cheese and pancakes from the kids menu. The appetizers were delicious, especially the green onion cake. The vegan "chicken" wings were also quite good. I ordered the Stay Gold Pony Boy mac and cheese with baked gouda, which was curry and coconut-based with a side of Kale Caesar. It was hearty and satisfying. My wife ordered the curry dinner, which was so generous in portion size that I'll be having the leftovers for lunch today. My only complaint is that the garnish on the appetizers, particularly the carrot and celery sticks, seemed old and dusty. I think they could improve their beer selection as well.
