This was my third visit to the restaurant for their prix fixe menu on a Tuesday evening. While the main dish of meatloaf wasn't very appealing, we decided to order a variety of appetizers and dessert instead. To our delight, they were absolutely incredible! Make a reservation as this place gets really busy! Lovely atmosphere, cute decor, and tasty food (although it didn’t blow me away). Service could be a little friendlier and less curt, but it might be because they were so busy.
I've only been for Brunch, and it is up in the top 5 of my favorites. Everything is super delicous. It's a bit expensive, but worth every penny and tips are included in the price, so NO tipping allowed. The latte was the best I've ever had, in fact I had two. Oeufs-en-Cocotte was what I had ...... there are no words. HOLY COW is it good !! Everyone at our table had something different and everyone sat in silence making ... mmmmmmmmmmm noises. Go early ... there are line ups for good reason.
My friend and I had dinner which was excellent. We started with home made sourdough bread with chicken/pork pâte. We had the beef dinner for two - so tender and served with vegetables. Great coffee also. The service was excellent. Bonus: GST and tip are included in the prices.
I absolutely adore this place! It has quickly become my top choice for brunch in Edmonton. The staff is friendly, the decor is inviting, and the food is absolutely delicious. They offer great options for vegetarians, all of which were wonderful. You can even substitute meat for tomato jam, which was a tasty alternative. The brunch spot wasn't too busy when we visited on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other popular spots downtown. I highly recommend checking out this place!

Make sure to grab some on your way home!
