The order was c... read more I visited Beef n Bun yesterday, expecting to have no trouble ordering as a Canadian living in an English-speaking area. However, I was mistaken. The order was completely mixed up because the counter person had difficulty understanding English. I believe that as a Canadian, I should be able to clearly order in one of the official languages and be understood. I suggest hiring counter staff who are fluent in English and use it regularly, rather than hiring those who speak English as a second language. Since our order was not understood and filled correctly, I requested a refund and we went to another restaurant where the staff understood and filled our order accurately. I plan to give Beef n Bun another chance, but if my order is not understood in English and is incorrect, I will once again request a refund.
